Manufacture of components and realization of FRP assemblies in aviation, automotive and industrial applications up to truck size

• Materials: CFRP, GFRP, AFRP with epoxy resin or phenolic pre-pregs as monolithic or sandwich design (honeycombs, foams and others), with German Federal Aviation Office certificates if required
• Processes: Fiberglass molding, vacuum pressing, autoclave or injection process
• Use of dies, provided or of in-house manufacture
• Manual or CNC trimming on fixtures provided or of in-house manufacture
• Printed ULTEM 9085 components
• Uncomplicated implementation of further customer wishes such as mounting of inserts, fittings, surface finish (e.g. as gel coat airless painting or others)
• Repairs of assemblies and components, also on site at customer facility if necessary
