Dual studies
Dual studies at EBZ are the perfect combination of theoretical and practical, providing the bedrock for the rapid launch of a future career. And career prospects are excellent in our company.
Anyone fascinated by technology will feel right at home with us. As a young professional, you can look forwarded to a solid apprenticeship with alternating theoretical and practical phases and the excitement of a fascinating automotive environment.
Monthly remuneration while you are studying ensures your financial independence. This means you can concentrate completely on your studies and your participation in the company during the practical phases. You will join our project teams and technical departments, gaining direct experience of everyday working life in your future profession and individual specialization areas of your field of study. In addition, we offer you the chance to complete a semester abroad during your studies. Individual mentoring of our students and parallel study-related events such as driver safety training, team and presentation training, preparatory courses and learning groups round off company training.

Introductory seminar
Every year, our new apprentices and students start their first year of training together at the three-day introductory seminar. Exciting team games and various leisure activities focus on getting to know each other and team building. The highlight is regularly the raft building as part of the experiential education seminar on the second day.
