Small series

With our broad process know-how and existing equipment, the EBZ Group is capable of manufacturing serial parts for small series on its own systems and delivering these directly to the assembly line.

The focus here is on complex outer skin parts and structural components that are joined to form assemblies to customer specifications using different process technologies. Small and niche series can therefore be delivered annually in quantities of 500-5000 parts or sets of parts. Delivery quality is assured through means such as the desired certification according to IATF 16949.
