Mechanical engineering/Production technology
During your practical phases, you will familiarize yourself with the entire engineering process from the planning and design stages to simulation. Your main focus will be on process-oriented planning of a production plant and simulative safeguarding of processes. Consequently, the focus of your studies here is also on lectures relating to production technology and production planning. Right from the outset, you will work as part of our team on exciting projects for our customers, creating the perfect basis for your future professional career at EBZ.
Training and educational content at EBZ:
- Fundamentals of metalworking
- Planning of manufacturing plants, taking customer specifications, scheduling, costs and quality into consideration
- Creation of plant layouts with the aid of planning tools such as MicroStation
- Creation of 3D robot simulations and conducting of cycle time analyses and accessibility investigations
- Cooperation in projects for prestigious customers in the automotive industry
- Preparation of practical dissertations, project work and the bachelor thesis in the product area
