All offer documents are examined and checked in Cost Engineering for technical feasibility and scheduling to provide you with a solid, well-founded quotation/cost estimation that meets your wishes.
If necessary, we create a method concept based on your component data which forms the basis of our quotation. We are also more than happy to orient ourselves on an existing method plan which you provide us with as a basis. We are always available to discuss technical issues to cultivate a common understanding of the content of the quotation. We would also be happy to submit alternative method concepts in order to find the best technical/economic solution together with you.
Design concept
- Creation of component-specific concept methods, taking specifications, the production press plants, and the component requirements (quantity, quality, and similar).
- Technical assessment and consultation regarding the manufacturing concept and tool design
- Creation of rough time schedule based on the required milestones
Preparation of technical offers
- Technical discussion of the content of the offer with your technical departments
- Detailed preparation of offer with cost calculation
